Dear Students,

On Monday 3rd June in F block Sports hall, we will be holding Extra Curricular photos for the following teams from 10:00am-11:00am.

GPS First VIII: 10:00am

If you are in one of these teams you need to
• Bring your playing uniform to school on Monday 3rd June and be on time for your photo.
• Students will be required to bring their Student ID.
• No necklaces, facial piercing’s or inappropriate hair colouring will be accepted.
• Students please note: ensure you do a uniform check BEFORE your scheduled photo.

IMPORTANT: If you are scheduled to be in an exam at that time you must attend your exam and email Mrs McGiffin (lmcgi9@eq.edu.au) directly with the details of your exam before 9am Monday 3 June.

If we have a significant number of students absent due to exam clashes, then we will reschedule your photo later in the year.
